Overview
We are representing a British-run, mid-sized real estate agency with over 15 years presence in the Dubai market, currently entering a strong growth and scale phase. The business is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale its Secondary Sales and Leasing divisions, driving performance, structure, and leadership across an expanding team. This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded operator who can balance hands-on sales leadership with strategic growth, team development, and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Secondary Sales & Leasing departments, ensuring consistent performance and growth
- Drive sales revenue across resale and leasing transactions
- Build, manage, and mentor a growing team of senior brokers and team leaders
- Implement sales structures, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
- Work closely with ownership on expansion strategy
- Maintain strong market presence and client relationships across key areas
Requirements
- Proven experience at Sales Director / Head of Sales / Senior Manager level within Dubai real estate
- Strong background in secondary sales and leasing
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling broker teams
- Commercially aware with a hands-on sales leadership style
- Strong understanding of Dubai's resale and rental market dynamics
- Long-term mindset with a track record of building stable, scalable teams
