We're working with a fast-growing fintech that's expanding across key markets.

They're looking for a hands-on Sales Director to drive commercial strategy across Saudi Arabia, grow revenue and lead a high-performing sales team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading sales strategy and execution across core markets
  • Managing and scaling a B2B sales team
  • Building strong client relationships and closing complex deals
  • Working closely with product and marketing teams on go-to-market plans

What we're looking for:

  • Strong track record in B2B fintech or financial services sales
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong commercial mindset and clear communication
