About the Role:
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales, market expansion, and brand growth within the Saudi market. This is a strategic role where you will manage key retail accounts, oversee sales operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Ensure compliance with local market regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- +10 years of experience in sales management (luxury beauty/FMCG preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
