MEMF Electrical Industries is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's energy infrastructure with high-quality, locally designed electrical products.

We operate state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utilities and industrial customers, including:

  • Smart Energy Meters
  • Circuit Breakers (MCB/MCCB/ACB)
  • Low and Medium Voltage Metering Transformers
  • Low and Medium Voltage Electrical Distribution Panel Solutions (up to 36 kV)
  • Distribution and Power Transformers (up to 10 MVA)
  • Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Meter Boxes and Feeder Poles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the overall sales strategy for power and distribution transformers and LV/MV electrical solutions within the Saudi market.
  • Manage and grow sales of major projects, particularly with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and government/semi-government entities.
  • Achieve annual revenue, growth, and market share targets.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with SEC, key accounts.
  • Oversee pricing, tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations for large-scale projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities to drive market penetration.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, technical, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure full compliance with SEC, SASO, IEC, and other relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 1420 years of experience in sales within the Saudi market in the transformers, LV/MV, or power distribution industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large projects and high-value contracts.
  • Solid leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
