Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall sales strategy for power and distribution transformers and LV/MV electrical solutions within the Saudi market.
- Manage and grow sales of major projects, particularly with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and government/semi-government entities.
- Achieve annual revenue, growth, and market share targets.
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with SEC, key accounts.
- Oversee pricing, tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations for large-scale projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities to drive market penetration.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, technical, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with SEC, SASO, IEC, and other relevant standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1420 years of experience in sales within the Saudi market in the transformers, LV/MV, or power distribution industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing large projects and high-value contracts.
- Solid leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
