Sales Director (B2C)

We are partnering with a confidential client in the FMCG sector to appoint a highly capable Sales Director to lead their B2C commercial function across the UAE. This role will suit a senior sales leader with strong experience driving consumer-focused growth through diverse retail and distribution channels.
Position Overview
The Sales Director will oversee the company's consumer sales strategy, ensuring the brand achieves strong market penetration, visibility, and revenue performance. This includes leading a large commercial team, managing key consumer-channel partnerships, and shaping strategic initiatives that enhance brand reach and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2C sales strategies that grow market share and strengthen brand presence
- Lead, mentor, and guide the sales organisation to deliver consistent performance and high-quality execution
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners across consumer distribution and retail channels
- Use market insights, consumer behaviour trends, and category data to inform commercial decisions
- Work alongside marketing, supply chain, and finance to align plans and ensure cohesive delivery
- Analyse channel performance, pricing, and promotional effectiveness to optimise results
- Manage sales budgets, revenue planning, and performance reporting to senior stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- 1520 years of FMCG sales experience with at least 5 years in a senior B2C leadership role
- Strong track record driving consumer-facing growth across varied retail and distribution channels in the UAE
- Demonstrated success in leading large teams and delivering sustained revenue expansion
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret consumer and market data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of the UAE consumer landscape and industry dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
