Your Role:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that maximize performance and project sell-through
  • Broker & Agency Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with top brokerages, ensuring strong alignment and activation on projects
  • Revenue Growth: Drive results by setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, ensuring high conversion rates from EOIs to transactions
  • Team Development & Training: Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team to optimize their performance and close high-value deals
  • Market Positioning: Ensure market competitiveness by identifying trends, opportunities, and strategic advantages

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or developer-side sales
  • Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market with strong broker relationships
