Role Overview

Our confidential client is looking for Sales Director to lead growth in Saudi Arabia for IT solutions and services. You will own revenue performance, shape the go-to-market approach, and build a disciplined sales organization focused on winning, retaining, and expanding key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Own sales strategy and execution plan for KSA (targets, territories, segments).

- Lead enterprise deal cycles: prospecting discovery proposal negotiation close.

- Build and coach a sales team; set KPIs, pipeline standards, and review cadence.

- Manage key accounts and develop executive relationships to drive expansion.

- Lead RFP/bid responses, pricing input, and proposal quality control.

- Maintain CRM discipline: pipeline stages, forecasting, activity tracking, conversion rates.

- Partner with pre-sales/delivery to ensure solution-fit, customer success, and renewals.

- Monitor market trends, competitors, and partner ecosystem opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (Business/IT/Engineering or related).

- 15+years B2B sales experience in IT solutions/services, with leadership exposure.

- Proven history of meeting/exceeding targets in KSA market.

- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable with complex deals, procurement cycles, and multi-threaded selling.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

- Experience selling to enterprise/government or regulated sectors (as relevant).

- Vendor/partner ecosystem experience (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, managed services).

- Strong network within Saudi market.

- Bilingual (Arabic/English).

Success Metrics

- Revenue achievement vs. annual target and quarterly run-rate.

- Healthy pipeline coverage (e.g., 34x coverage) with accurate forecasting.

- Improved win rate and reduced sales cycle time in priority segments.

- Net revenue retention through renewals/upsell/cross-sell.

- High CRM data quality and consistent performance cadence adoption.
