TERMINAX, a leading brand in high-performance automotive films known for innovations in Paint Protection Film (PPF), is currently seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead our expansion in UAE, build the market from the ground up, develop distributor and installer networks, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead TERMINAX's UAE market entry strategy and execution
- Develop and expand distributor, dealer, and installer networks across the country
- Promote TERMINAX PPF products and position the brand in the local market
- Build and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account growth
- Establish sales structure, processes, and KPIs for the UAE market
- Recruit, train, and lead a local sales team as the business scales
- Conduct client visits, product demos, and training sessions
- Collaborate with HQ on strategy localization and execution
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and automotive community activities
- Track pipeline, performance, and account development in CRM systems
- Collect market insights and competitor intelligence to support product and marketing strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior role
- Proven experience in building or expanding a market (01 or 1N)
- Experience in automotive aftermarket, films, detailing, or related industries strongly preferred
- Strong network or experience with distributors, dealers, or installer channels in Germany
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong leadership capability with experience in building or managing teams
- Highly self-driven with a strong execution and ownership mindset
- Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work
- Fluent in English and Arabic, Mandarin is a strong plus
