ATEC is looking for Mechanical / Mechatronics Sales Engineer, field of water, wastewater, oil, gas, and energy, B2B.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical / Mechatronics Sales Engineer at ATEC in Cairo, Egypt.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling water, wastewater, and pumps solutions to industrial clients, providing technical expertise, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base.

Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.

Set financial business case model for each sales opportunity.

Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.

Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.

Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses.

Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements Collect and document competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
  • Very good command of English.
  • MS Office applications.
  • Problem solving, Communication & Presentation competences.
  • Two to four years of proven work experience as a Sales Engineer.
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.
  • An ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Solid technical background.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in sales or customer relationship management
