Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in El Maadi.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting technical sales processes, building and maintaining customer relationships, and delivering solutions to meet client needs.

Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical expertise, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the medical field.
• Hands-on experience with ventilators and anesthesia machines.
• Experience working with ERP Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in the medical or healthcare sector is advantageous.
• The role will be responsible for covering the Giza area.
• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to present tailored technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, fostering trust and long-term client relationships.
• Experience in Sales and the ability to identify and acquire new clients while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Capability to deliver Technical Support and address technical inquiries effectively and efficiently.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
