Job Description

Armour Safety is looking for a technically strong and commercially driven Sales Engineer to grow our Construction Safety and Engineered Fall Protection solutions business across Saudi Arabia.

This role combines technical expertise, site engagement, and solution selling, working closely with contractors, consultants, and developers from design stage through to installation.

  • Harnesses, Lanyards, SRLs & Anchorage Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and manage existing client relationships across KSA
  • Promote engineered fall protection solutions to consultants, contractors, and project owners
  • Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and technical consultations
  • Interpret drawings and coordinate with design teams on solution proposals
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers
  • Deliver product presentations, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure correct system deployment
  • Track projects from enquiry to order closure
  • Achieve sales targets and project conversion KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming construction projects

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred)
  • 37 years experience in construction, safety systems, or technical B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of construction environments and HSE requirements
  • Experience with fall protection or structural safety systems preferred
  • Ability to read technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Valid KSA driving license
  • English required; Arabic is an advantage
