Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with 35 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within instrumentation, pressure & temperature measurement devices, or the oil & gas and process industries. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with commercial acumen, capable of understanding client requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and driving revenue growth. Experience in handling key accounts, tendering processes, and working with EPC contractors or industrial clients is highly preferred. General Job Description:

To support the company's sales activities by promoting and selling pressure and measurement devices, assisting clients with technical inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up on business development activities, including company registration and vendor approvals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company's pressure and temperature measurement devices to existing and potential customers.

Provide technical support and basic product demonstrations under the supervision of senior sales staff.

Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.

Coordinate with internal departments (Production, QC, Logistics, and Finance) to ensure timely order execution.

Support in the process of company/vendor registration with client organizations, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Maintain records of sales activities and update the CRM system or internal reports.

Participate in training to enhance technical and sales knowledge.

Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Knowledge & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in sales or related technical roles.

Basic knowledge of industrial equipment, preferably in measurement and control devices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
