Sales - Engineer

Connectalents is a recruitment and HRO solutions company that provides recruitment executive search, RPO across Egypt and the MENA region. is hiring a Sales Engineer for a leading provider of luxurious HDF and engineered wood flooring solutions in Sheikh Zayed.

Job Role:

• Provide technical consultation to customers and architects regarding wood species, installation methods, and technical specifications.
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings and architectural plans to prepare accurate material estimations.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and manage client accounts from the first visit through final delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends and maintain strong knowledge of the company's product portfolio to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a high-standard showroom environment that reflects the brand's quality.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Architecture, Civil, or related field) or Fine Arts.
• 2+ years of Sales or Tele sales experience. Experience in wood, furniture, or building materials is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to comfortably read architectural drawings/ blueprints.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
