Sales Engineer

Connectalents is a leading recruitment and HR solutions company is MENA is looking for Sales Engineer in El Sheikh Zayed for a provider of luxurious HDF and engineered wood flooring services. The company offers a wide range of wood floorings with various shades, sizes, grades, and finishes, ensuring the lowest waste rate possible.

Job Role

• Technical Consultation: Engage with customers and architects to provide expert guidance on wood species, installation methods, and technical specifications.
• Project Planning: Interpret AutoCAD drawings and architectural plans to provide accurate material estimations.
• Sales Lifecycle: Prepare detailed quotations, follow up on leads, and manage client accounts from first visit to final delivery.
• Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio to achieve sales targets.
• Showroom Excellence: Ensure the showroom remains a high-standard environment that reflects our brand's quality.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Architecture, Civil, or a related field) or fine arts.
• 6 Months in Sales Experience or telesales (experience in wood, furniture, or building materials is a huge plus!).
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
