Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and understanding clients technical requirements, providing tailored product and service solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include supporting the sales process with technical expertise, delivering product presentations, assisting in customer queries, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Sales Engineering and 1-3 years of experience
• Proven skills in Sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to provide Technical Support by troubleshooting and addressing client needs
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the petroleum, energy, or industrial sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred
