Role Description
- Generate and maintain sales for Machin Shop Activities, which include lath works, fabrication, dynamic balancing, etc.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable machining and mechanical solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and site visits to build trust and showcase capabilities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring accurate scope and competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with the operations and workshop team to align service delivery with customer expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activities, targets, and market feedback for continuous improvement.
- Represent Daniel Group professionally in meetings, trade shows, and technical discussions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in technical sales in mechanical services, or the machining industry in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of Lathe machines, milling machines, welding processes etc.
- Strong understanding of electric motor components, shaft repairs, dynamic balancing, and fabrication processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- UAE driving license (mandatory)
