This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, provide technical support, and deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, demonstrating the benefits of products and services, consulting with customers to resolve technical challenges, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals. The role also requires fostering strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and collaboration
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to understand and address client needs effectively
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle client-specific requirements
• Technical background or degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field is advantageous
