Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, UAE, for a Sales Engineer. The role involves identifying client needs, providing technical solutions, and effectively communicating the advantages of the company's offerings to prospective clients. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, offer technical advice, and facilitate sales processes. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support to guarantee the successful implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to convey technical information clearly and maintain positive client relationships
- Demonstrated Sales expertise, including lead generation, presentations, and deal closing
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience working in construction or MEP contracting industries is an advantage
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an asset
