Sales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and assisting with the promotion and demonstration of JCB products. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, preparing tailored presentations and proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to both sales and technical problem-solving, while contributing to business growth and customer loyalty.

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to facilitate product demonstrations and address technical queries.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to create presentations, close deals, and support revenue growth.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction machinery or industrial equipment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is desirable.
