Sales Engineers PCE Polymers (Concrete Admixtures)

We are a recruitment firm hiring Sales Engineers for a client operating in the construction chemicals market. The role focuses on PCE-based concrete superstitious, supporting ready-mix and precast concrete producers through technical sales and solution-driven engagement.

Locations: Riyadh | Jeddah | Dammam

Develop and maintain strong relationships with admixture producers, helping them solve concrete-related challenges for their ready-mix and precast customers

Provide technical sales support and solutions tailored to client needs

Contribute to revenue growth and market share expansion

:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

24 years of experience in sales or technical support within the Saudi concrete or admixture industry

Strong understanding of concrete admixtures (PCE experience preferred)

Arabic speaking is a strong advantage

Experience in export sales, international shipments, or local logistics / trucking coordination will be an additional advantage.
