We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Sales Engineer to join our team and drive sales growth across export markets. The ideal candidate will have deep HVAC product knowledge, strong market development skills, and the ability to build and support distributor networks across international territories.

Department: Sales – Applied Sales
Experience Required: 5–10 years in Air Conditioning / HVAC
Education: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduate
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned QS and QB sales targets for designated territories
- Provide support to distributors to ensure achievement of their annual sales plans
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation as per company standards
- Gather and provide market intelligence related to competitor pricing, products, and availability
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on all orders to guarantee timely, accurate, and cost‑effective delivery
- Protect company margins by ensuring pricing integrity and proper authorization of any discounts
- Ensure all delivery commitments adhere to company policy and escalate deviations for approval
- Increase market share by securing product specification and conducting regular visits to consultants, contractors, owners, and government entities
- Expand the business into new market sectors through proactive identification of opportunities
- Lead consultant coverage, organize seminars, and manage factory visit programs
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships through coordinated support from internal teams
- Perform any additional sales-related tasks assigned by management
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in the HVAC or air conditioning industry
- Strong technical and application knowledge of HVAC systems
