Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires.
  • Design and propose customized solutions based on client needs.
  • Provide technical consultation during the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
  • Support pricing discussions with technical justification.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Assist in onboarding and training customers post-sale when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, (MEP or Civil
  • 35+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant role.
  • Strong understanding of technical products (e.g., SaaS, cloud, networking, software, or hardware solutions).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
