Job description:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to prospective customers.

Provide technical support to the sales team and customers.

Understand customer requirements and offer solutions that meet their needs.

Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Conduct site visits and inspections to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of products.

Resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide post-sales support.

Train customers on the proper use of selection programs.

Collect customer feedback and work with the product development team to implement improvements.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Engineering or science
• 1-2 years of experience
• Good English Language
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office, and Excel
