About the Job

As a Sales Engineer in Home Care at REDA Chemicals, you will play a key role in driving the sales and development of our Home Care product portfolio.

This role focuses on managing and growing categories such as detergents, fabric care, surface care, hygiene products, car care products, and I&I solutions. You will work closely with customers and suppliers, coordinate commercial and technical activities, and actively support sales initiatives and market development to strengthen our presence in the Home Care sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales and development of the Home Care product portfolio, including detergents, fabric care, surface care, car care products, industrial & institutional (I&I) solutions, and hygiene products.
• Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities across the Home Care, hygiene, and industrial product segments.
• Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue growth and customer retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs to support strategic sales decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and orders.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance updates, and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• 3 to 4 years worth of sales experience and technical knowledge in Home Care and Detergents.
• Previous experience in selling active ingredients in the Home Care industry.
• Strong sales mindset and market orientation
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
