Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker)
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, confident in building relationships, and skilled at engaging customers to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products and services to existing and potential clients
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions through effective cost-benefit analysis
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Generate new leads through cold calling and proactive outreach
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction
- Consistently achieve sales targets and performance objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies
- Monitor market trends, territory potential, and sales performance
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback, market activity, and opportunities
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve performance through feedback and training
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Representative (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations tailored to different audiences
- Goal-driven mindset with a demonstrated sales track record
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Fluent in Arabic and English
