Sales Executive (Travel Agency) Dubai-Based | UK/US Market Closer (Customer-First)

Role Summary
We're hiring a salesperson who doesn't just reply to leads. You own the customer journey end-to-end from first message to confirmed payment with a customer-first mindset, fast follow-up, and confident communication.
This role is for someone who can convince a doubtful customer, handle objections calmly, and turn I'm not sure into Ok, let's do it.
Key Responsibilities (Real Work)
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings/sales via WhatsApp, calls, email, and chat.
- Speak confidently with UK & US customers (time zones, expectations, tone, trust-building).
- Handle objections without sounding pushy:
- Too expensive / I need to think / I don't trust this / I'm comparing others.
- Qualify leads quickly, understand needs, and recommend the right option, not just the cheapest.
- Follow up consistently (smart follow-ups that move the customer forward not spam).
- Guide customers clearly through payment/checkout and reduce drop-offs.
- Maintain clean updates in CRM/Excel: lead stage, notes, next action, outcome.
- Coordinate with operations/support team to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction
- Take full responsibility for customer communication until the case is resolved.
Target Experience (Must-Have)
- 25 years proven sales experience in a travel agency/visa agency/tours & holidays company (not generic sales).
- Direct closing experience on WhatsApp + phone calls (not only sending quotations).
- Strong exposure to UK & US markets (customer handling, confidence building, payment conversations).
- Proven ability to handle objections and close customers who are uncertain.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle:
Lead qualify pitch follow-up payment handover
Preferred (Big Advantage)
- Experience selling visa services / urgent processing/travel add-ons (upsell mindset).
- Experience using CRM tools (Bitrix24 / Zoho / HubSpot) and maintaining lead stages properly.
- Track record of meeting targets (example: monthly revenue or conversions).
