Alist.ae is growing fast and we need hungry, results-driven Sales Executives to join our Dubai team. You will be closing inbound and outbound deals, managing your own pipeline, and building lasting client relationships on one of the UAE's most exciting marketplace platforms.
This is a closing role. You will carry a monthly revenue target, own the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract, and earn uncapped commission on every deal you close.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
- Following up on warm leads passed from the lead generation team
- Running discovery calls and presenting tailored solutions to clients
- Delivering product demos and building compelling proposals
- Negotiating and closing deals in line with company guidelines
- Building strong post-sale relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
- Maintaining a clean, accurate pipeline in the CRM at all times
- Attending weekly pipeline reviews and reporting on forecast vs target
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of experience in a closing or business development role
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding monthly revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
- Excellent communication in English — Arabic is a strong advantage
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms
- UAE market experience is strongly preferred
- Background in digital products, marketplaces, or SaaS is a plus
THE PACKAGE
- Base Salary: AED 4,000 – 8,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Commission: 10% flat on all closed deals — uncapped, with top performers earning up to AED 15,000+ in commission
- KPI Bonus: Monthly bonuses available for exceeding targets
- Pipeline Support: Warm leads provided by a dedicated lead gen team
