Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, results-drivenB2B Sales Executiveto support business growth by managing inbound leads and generating new sales opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on outreach, and the ability to build relationships across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to all incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Qualify inbound leads, understand client needs, and guide prospects through the sales process
- Generate new business through outbound activities, including office visits, referrals, cold outreach, and follow-ups
- Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and social selling to identify and engage decision-makers
- Represent VIWELL at marketing campaigns, networking events, industry events, and activations to generate leads and strengthen brand presence
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product/service introductions
- Prepare, share, and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts as required
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline activity, and closed deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients
Requirements
- Proven experience inB2B sales / business development / account management(UAE market experience)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with both inbound lead management and proactive outbound outreach
- Confident in face-to-face meetings, office visits, and networking environments
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
