Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role based in New Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying potential sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting product demonstrations, offering tailored solutions, and supporting clients in meeting their project needs. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to execute strategies and achieve targets
  • Experience in Training to educate clients on products and services
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or within a team
  • Solid understanding of heating solutions or related technical fields is a plus
  • Highly organized, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the Egyptian market is advantageous
