Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Cairo. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying sales prospects, presenting insurance solutions, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales goals. The role involves understanding client needs, providing exceptional service, and staying informed about industry trends and Chubb's product offerings. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and risk management principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze client needs, develop tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, insurance, or related industries preferred
- Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus
