Sales Executive

Climake is looking for an experienced Sales Executivewith a proven track record in the Central Heating, HVAC, or related technical industries. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional who excels at building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role is open to candidates with relevant industry sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable heating solutions from Climake's product line.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions through CRM tools.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of sales experience in central heating or a related technical/industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of client needs, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• University degree in any field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Owning a car is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
