Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the home technology industry, including smart home solutions, home automation systems, security systems, audio-video solutions, and related technologies. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential and commercial sectors.
  • Promote and sell home technology solutions, including smart home systems, home automation, security systems, networking, and audio-visual solutions.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Manage and follow up on leads throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in home technology, smart home automation, security systems, ELV systems, audio-visual solutions, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of home automation and smart technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Valid driving license is an advantage.
