About the Role

AT-Institute is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with prospective students, professionals, corporate partners, and high-value clients. You will leverage your existing network to drive business growth, promote our educational programs, and contribute to the institute's expansion across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your professional network and client portfolio to generate new business opportunities and increase enrollment in AT-Institute programs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs established by management.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications with clients, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with professionals, investors, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, corporate training programs, and educational collaborations.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable educational programs and learning pathways.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the institute's growth objectives.
  • Promote seminars, workshops, webinars, and certification programs to prospective participants.
  • Guide prospects through the registration and onboarding process while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, enrollments, and business activities within CRM systems.
  • Represent AT-Institute at educational events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking functions.
  • Stay updated on financial markets, professional education trends, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to maximize engagement and program participation.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and organizational values.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in relationship management, business development, sales, education services, financial services, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, partnership development, and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and professional education services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities with an established professional network in Saudi Arabia.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is highly preferred.
