Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our client base, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, sales-oriented, and passionate about identifying new business opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
  • Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and other business development activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products or services.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline, update customer records, and submit regular sales and business development reports.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Account Management, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close sales.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong desire to achieve results.
  • Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience is an advantage.
