Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, negotiating and closing deals, and preparing reports on sales performance. The ideal candidate will also represent ContrackFM during client meetings and actively participate in business development activities.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in client relationship management and customer service
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities
• Expertise in market research and business strategy formulation
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Prior experience in facilities management or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous
