Role: Sales Executive

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a strong understanding of client needs and the ability to present tailored solutions from EIRMONs wide portfolio of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present EIRMONs services effectively to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company goals.
  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency in ZOHO CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE drivers license (mandatory).
  • Multilingual ability is a strong plus (Arabic, Turkish, Russian, Hindi, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the Dubai/UAE business environment is an advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: AED 2,500 4,000 (depending on profile and experience).
