  • Demonstrate and explain features and benefits of IT and technology products.
  • Drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries, converting them into sales.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including customer feedback and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new products and promotions.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, particularly in IT and technology products.
  • Proven experience in showroom sales is a must.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new products.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Strong business etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
