Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with corporate and exhibitor clients
- Qualify prospects based on event participation, room-night volume, and booking timelines
- Present clear proposals including availability, pricing, terms, and deadlines
- Coordinate closely with pricing and operations teams before confirmations
- Close bookings efficiently while maintaining service quality
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of telesales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Perfect spoken and written English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- University Graduate
