Job Description

The Sales Executive role is responsible for converting qualified corporate and exhibitor leads into confirmed business travel bookings. The role focuses on consultative selling, deadline-driven execution, and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with corporate and exhibitor clients
  • Qualify prospects based on event participation, room-night volume, and booking timelines
  • Present clear proposals including availability, pricing, terms, and deadlines
  • Coordinate closely with pricing and operations teams before confirmations
  • Close bookings efficiently while maintaining service quality
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of telesales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Perfect spoken and written English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • University Graduate
