Job Description

Our diversified portfolio includes sectors such as Automotive, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Logistics. We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our Automotive Trading division in Dubai.

We export passenger vehicles from leading global brands, commercial trucks and vans tailored to diverse business needs, and construction and industrial equipment engineered for performance and durability.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing and expanding export sales within Russian-speaking markets. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring exceptional customer experience in the automotive export sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand pricing trends, demand, and competition in CIS/Russian-speaking regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in CIS and other targeted regions.
  • Close deals efficiently while maximizing margins and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with logistics, documentation and finance teams for vehicle availability, export documentation and shipping arrangements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and confirmed sales.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Strong cultural understanding of CIS and Russian-speaking markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of vehicle models, trims, and export procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluency in Russian and English
  • Minimum 24 years of sales experience in the automotive export industry.
