Job Description

Job PurposeDrive revenue growth by selling GS1 Egypt products and services (e.g., GS1 identification, barcodes/GTIN, GLN, data services, training, verification, consulting, and sector programs) to new and existing customers, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and accurate CRM records.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into new customers across assigned sectors/geography.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and propose relevant GS1 solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers; negotiate within approved limits.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead meeting proposal close onboarding handover.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast accuracy in CRM (daily updates).
  • Coordinate with operations/technical teams for solution scoping and delivery alignment.
  • Upsell/cross-sell to existing accounts and support renewals (as applicable).
  • Attend events, webinars, and outreach activities to generate leads and promote services.
  • Ensure compliance with internal commercial policies, pricing rules, and documentation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 13 years of B2B sales experience (services/solutions preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
