Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Building Materials

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive Building Materials with strong experience in UAE market sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B and B2C sales, developing new client relationships, and expanding market presence within construction sites, contractors, and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage sales for building materials / construction-related products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, project managers, and site engineers
  • Visit construction sites and client locations to promote products and close deals
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales as per company targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up with clients
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 35 years of UAE sales experience in building materials / construction / PPE / safety equipment / hardware / industrial products
  • Strong exposure to B2B & B2C sales
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of the Dubai construction market and client network
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
