Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive HORECA (Food Industry)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Minimum 25 years in HORECA Sales (Food Industry only)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who has a strong background in the HORECA sector within the UAE food industry. The candidate must have hands-on experience in handling hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutional clients. Experience in retail or wholesale will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, acquire, and manage HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Catering, Institutions) across Dubai and UAE.
  • Drive sales growth for food product categories by building strong client relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups on orders, deliveries, and collections.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, supply chain, finance) for smooth client servicing.
  • Ensure proper visibility, product placement, and brand promotion at client sites.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecast business growth.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Mandatory: Experience in HORECA sales within the food industry in UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE HORECA market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
