Sales Executive

John Dory Seafood Trading Co. is a distinctive seafood brand with a 12-year legacy. Originating in Belarus, the company has built deep expertise in sourcing, selecting, and handling premium seafood, supported by long-standing partnerships with reliable suppliers across the world.

Today, the company supplies top restaurants, hotels, and chefs with world-class products and is now entering the UAE and GCC markets with a focus on developing robust B2B distribution channels and delivering exceptional seafood craftsmanship to the region.

We are now looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a strong existing network in the HoReCa or food distribution sector to drive B2B sales and accelerate market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within the HoReCa channel (restaurants, hotels, catering companies).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and F&B directors.
• Present the company's seafood portfolio, provide tastings, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the client base.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 24+ years of sales experience in the UAE within HoReCa, FMCG, or food distribution.
• Strong existing network of buyers in restaurants, hotels, catering companies, or distributors mandatory.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
