About the Client:

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading multinational tech company based in Saudi Arabia that specializes in AI-powered point-of-sale (POS) solutions. The company enables businesses to grow by automating operations, improving efficiency, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive smarter decision-making.

Role Description:

The Sales Executive drives revenue growth and market expansion for the company's innovative technology and software solutions. This role requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual with a strong passion for technology and sales. Success is achieved by mastering the full sales cycle, from initial prospect engagement to contributing to the final closure of deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, professional relationships with customers.
  • Pipeline Generation: Building and maintaining an active pipeline of potential leads or opportunities with the goal of a strong closing rate.
  • Direct Engagement: Making outbound calls, scheduling meetings, and following up with customers to understand their needs.
  • Product Expertise: Engaging with customers by demonstrating and showcasing the products.
  • Sales Process Contribution: Supporting or participating in the closing of deals.
  • Technical Familiarity: Gaining an understanding of the technical onboarding process, including integrations, API integrations, and hardware setups.
  • Reporting and Improvement: Documenting customer interactions and communicating key outcomes to the Sales Team Leader to optimize processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree (BS/MS) in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
  • Environment Fit: A self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven work environment.
  • Mobility: Must have a valid driving license and own a car.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and goal-orientation.
