Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Projects Sales Executive based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Projects Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include preparing project proposals, conducting customer presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations. Travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events or conferences.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the lighting industry, project management, and market trends.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in the construction or decorative lighting industries, is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
