Role Overview
We are seeking ambitious and dynamic Sales Executives with experience in the insurance industry to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidates are self-motivated, energetic professionals with prior exposure to startup environments. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales from prospecting and cold calling to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Promote and sell a range of insurance products (life, health, motor, or general insurance) to individuals and corporates.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans and coverage options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for renewals and upselling.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company and UAE insurance standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in insurance sales or financial products (UAE experience preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience in a UAE startup or fast-paced sales environment is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of various insurance products and sales processes.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
