Role Description

LTC is seeking a highly motivated sales executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Giza location. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and promoting LTC's consultancy and training services. Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute strategic campaigns. The role also involves regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Sales and client relationship management skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in CRM tools and software to track sales processes and manage customer data
• Knowledge or experience in consultancy and training services is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Requirements:

2-5 years experience in sales, preferably service industries. (Training, Insurance, or Banking).

Excellent English

Negotiation and Presentation skills

MS Office Skills

Owns a car.

Preferably from Zayed, 6 October, Gizaresidents

Working Conditions:

Work Location: Sheikh Zayed

Working Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Days off: Friday and Saturday.
