Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of IT solutions, talent outsourcing, and consultancy services.
• Proficiency in client and market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the IT industry or sales roles is a strong advantage.
