Job Description

We are hiring an ambitious Sales Executive to drive business growth across Saudi Arabia within the hospitality sector.

This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with strong experience in FF&E or OS&E who enjoys hunting new business, building senior-level relationships, and closing deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow B2B and project-based sales across KSA
  • Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, hospitality suppliers, designers, architects, and procurement firms
  • Conduct 1215 qualified client meetings per week
  • Target hotel groups, resorts, and large-scale developments
  • Identify new hotel openings and refurbishment projects
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, and commercial terms
  • Work closely with regional HQ for tenders, quotations, and sales support
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and report weekly sales progress
  • Travel across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Medina
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry exhibitions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FF&E or OS&E within hospitality
  • Strong, established network in the hospitality industry (essential)
  • Proven success in closing sales and managing multiple opportunities
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with a friendly, professional personality
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and face-to-face client meetings
  • Valid Saudi driving license and own car (required)
